How I came to write Pim
People often ask how I came to write Pim. It seems like a thousand years since I discovered Pim, or that Pim discovered me. Thankfully I kept detailed notes and saved photos from that time. While I can’t swear to the absolute accuracy of what you are about to read, I have done my best to capture the essence of how Pim entered my life.

Pim: It’s important to daydream. That’s how August Kekulé discovered the Benzene Ring.

Pim: I like to swim near the surface of the water. I meet the most unusual creatures there.

The Tao of Pim: The jar is made of glass, but it’s the emptiness within the glass that suspends me in salt water.

Pim: I dreamt that my jar turned inside out. That allowed me to see new aspects of myself.

I was surprised to come across Pim on a toilet tissue roll. Being asexual Pim uses any gender of public washroom Pim chooses.

Pim: Sometimes I’m mistaken for a virus but I’m really not harmful at all.

Pim: Thales said, “all things are full of gods.” If I listen carefully I can hear what they are saying about me.

Pim: Today, as I was walking to and fro, I met a spider.

Pim: Moments after the concrete of my mind was poured, a party was impressed into its hardening goo. That must be why I’m always in a happy mood!
