The Well-Dressed Albatross ordered another of his usual. Clive ordered a mineral water with a suggestion of lime.
On his way to meet the Well-Dressed Albatross for cocktails Clive stopped to converse with the bird perched on Glim’s welcome sign.
The Well Dressed Albatross came upon a tiki bar on the outskirts of town. There he wavered between entering Glim and remaining where he was.
Pim and Bim discovered their heretofore unknown ability to make Gim appear out of nowhere simply by rendering Gim in black paint on canvas.
On awakening one morning Pim and Bim discovered Clarice. On awakening the same morning Clarice discovered Pim and Bim.
Due to Mr. Love’s celebrity and tenure in Glim, all hotels were fully booked. So Clarice, and Pim and Bim, were on the outskirts, in tents.
And so they studied and drank their beverages and the sky darkened due to nightfall, or smog, it was hard to tell.
After class Pim and Bim went to Glim’s only diner for a chocolate milkshake. After class Clarice went to Glim’s only diner for a diet cola.
The zoo being closed, the animals were abandoned; an odd assortment sharing an unlikely environment.
